How do we create enough value in 30 days that opportunities begin finding us?

There's a house in Solana Beach we love — primary residence and a separate studio. We're not buying it next month. We're using it as a forcing function: every decision for the next 30 days has to move us closer to being the kind of company that could eventually afford, partner on, operate, or own a place like it.
