This is a recovery- and community-focused space. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines and treat every member with respect, dignity, and care.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and share your content as needed to operate the platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
4. Not professional advice
The After Party Era is a peer-support community. We are not a medical, mental health, legal, or emergency service. In a crisis, call 988 (US) or your local emergency number.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that endanger members, abuse the platform, or violate these Terms — at our sole discretion.
6. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (which, during beta, may be zero).
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance on your next sign-in.
