Soul Plunge is a La Jolla studio for contrast therapy and nervous-system reset — cold plunge, infrared sauna, breathwork, and yoga in a community setting. The opposite of drinking-to-bond: you arrive with strangers and leave closer to yourself and to the people next to you.

Founder-visited. Emily plunged here and found exactly the kind of room The After Party Era exists to help women find — embodied, sober-friendly, recurring, and built around real connection. Nervous-system reset as a group ritual. Healing happens in community, not isolation.
